Linda was born and brought up in South Wales, moving to Eastbourne in 1982. After working in administration and bringing up her young family she started a new career in teaching. During her 21 years of teaching experience she took a keen interest in how people learn best. She was fascinated when she heard about how simple exercises and movements can improve the way we learn.

After leaving fulltime teaching she became a Private Tutor, specialising in helping children with reading, writing and spelling difficulties. Movement training is an important part of the work. As her interest in movement and learning grew she followed the Brain Gym training programme and Rhythmic Movement Training to consultant level. In addition Linda has attended the following courses:-
